Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Hospital Care Specialist to join our team at Arbor Rose. As a key member of our Housekeeping Department, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily housekeeping services with nursing services to ensure a seamless experience for our residents.
  • Assure that work/cleaning schedules are followed as closely as practical to maintain a high level of cleanliness.
  • Attend departmental and staff meetings to stay informed and contribute to the success of our team.
  • Participate in inservice educational classes and on-the-job training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of resident information and honor their personal and property rights.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • No prior experience necessary, as on-the-job training will be provided.
