We are seeking a skilled Berry Pressing Operator to join our team at the Seabrook facility. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in food production and processing to take on a challenging role.

Job Summary

The Berry Pressing Operator will be responsible for operating presses, pulling berries for chopping, running all areas of the pressroom, and performing complete sanitation of the entire pressing area.

Responsibilities
  • Operations: Operate presses, pull berries for chopping, run all areas of the pressroom, and perform complete sanitation of the entire pressing area.
  • Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Quality Control: Monitor product quality and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working in a food production or processing environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Detailed-oriented and able to multi-task
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as benefits including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
