Job Description

The Network Engineer will provide technical support to IT customers, ensuring seamless operation of various IT components. Key responsibilities include:

  • Outage network down support and troubleshooting.
  • Installing, configuring, and supporting network equipment, including routers, proxy servers, switches, WAN controllers, DNS, and DHCP.
  • Configuring firewalls, routing, and switching to maximize network efficiency and security.
  • Customer technical support escalations as needed.
  • Research and Development – Participating in ongoing efforts to improve network designs.
  • Maximizing performance by troubleshooting network problems, outages, and scheduling upgrades.
  • Collaborating with network architects on network optimization.
  • Participating in the Engineering On-Call rotation.
  • Voice communications support.
  • Network documentation.
  • Network installations and configurations (travel may be required).
  • Site Surveys / Site Repair Visits (travel may be required).
