Job SummaryWe are seeking a qualified Nursing Medication Aide to join our team in Baytown, Texas. As a Medication Aide, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by administering medications, providing personal care, and assisting with daily activities.
Responsibilities- Administer medications to residents as ordered by physicians and per professional standards of medication administration
- Supervise CNAs as directed and provide support as needed
- Provide personal care to residents, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Assist with daily activities, such as serving meals, feeding patients, and ambulating residents
- Maintain patient stability by checking vital signs, testing urine, and recording intake and output information
To be successful in this role, you must be licensed in Texas as a Medication Aide and maintain current and unencumbered licensure. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Estimated salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
