We are seeking a skilled Home Health Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in a seasonal role. With competitive pay and flexible scheduling, this opportunity is ideal for those looking to supplement their income.

About the Role

As a Home Health LPN, you will provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes. Your responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive assessments, creating individualized care plans, and documenting patient progress using HomeCare HomeBase.

You will be working on a freelance basis, covering visits between 10am and 6pm, including weekends as required. This role offers the flexibility to choose when you work, making it perfect for those who value work-life balance.

What We Offer
  • A highly competitive pay rate of $48.40 per hour for weekday shifts and $51.33 per hour for weekend shifts.
  • Mileage reimbursement of $0.585 per mile.

Your Qualifications
  • A valid LPN license in good standing.
  • At least one year of experience in certified home health care.
  • Strong skills in wound care, OASIS documentation, and patient assessment.
