Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Specialist to join our team in a full-time capacity. The ideal candidate will possess at least 1+ years of experience working as a Behavior Specialist and be certified as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

This is an exciting opportunity to work with Soliant, offering a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Active BCBA certification
  • Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis
  • Experience working with children and adolescents with autism and developmental disabilities in a school setting
  • Knowledge of behavior principles and strategies, implementing behavior plans
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with school staff and families
