The estimated salary for this position is between $19.67 and $25.57 per hour, based on the location in Aurora, CO.

Job Description

As a Patient Technology Technical Lead at UCHealth, you will be responsible for leading a team of patient technology technicians in providing clinical and technical support. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor staff members in performing clinical work
  • Support patient technology technicians in delivering safe and optimal patient care
  • Assist with coordinating services, prioritizing assignments, and promoting situation decision-making and problem-solving
  • Monitor, coach, and evaluate team members' performance

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Credentials such as Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider
  • A High School diploma or GED
