Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at the William P. Hobby International Airport. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and meeting sales goals.
Key Responsibilities- Acknowledge and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Communicate effectively with customers, fellow employees, and store management to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- Know the store layout to assist customers in finding products and answer questions about the entire store.
- Effectively operate a cash register and follow all cash handling policies.
- Follow all company policies, including loss prevention procedures, to protect company assets and maintain a safe shopping environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with diverse personalities.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift 40-60 pounds and work in an environment exposed to the elements.
- Good time-management skills and problem-solving abilities.
