About the Job

You will work closely with our licensed nurses to implement nursing care plans, obtain and record patient information, and document observations and interactions. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills and advance your career in healthcare.

Responsibilities:
  • Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their needs and develop effective care plans.
  • Care Coordination: Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless coordination of patient care.
  • Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have a strong foundation in healthcare principles and practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A CNA training program and 1+ years of experience in an acute care setting are preferred.
