Job Title: Digital Sales Manager

Job Summary:

The Digital Sales Manager will be responsible for guiding and mentoring BDC representatives to achieve their goals. This role requires a customer-service oriented individual with excellent organizational skills, who is accountable for the department's growth and success while demonstrating a positive leadership mentality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that department metrics and goals are met
  • Oversee the CRM databases for communication cycles
  • Present themselves as someone with leadership qualities and capabilities
  • Adheres to and promotes the company philosophies
  • Monthly performance reporting
  • Be available to respond to inquiries in a professional and well-spoken manner
  • Be proficient in dealing with customers via telephone and email
  • Assist in training of the sales and BDC representatives
  • Measure, monitor and report all shows and sales by BDC representatives
  • Be punctual
  • Provide excellent customer relationship skills
  • Confident, positive, and high energy attitude
  • Strong communication skills
  • Team-oriented with a desire to achieve both individual and collective goals
  • All other duties assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Must have at minimum 2 years as a BDC Manager or similar role
  • Computer and communication skills must be at an intermediate level
  • Employee must have attention to detail
  • Employee must be able to read, write, understand and speak English

Physical Requirements:

Employee must be able to sit for long periods of time. Use their hands to handle control or feel objects, tools, or controls. Repeat the same movements for 7hrs a day. Occasionally, need to lift boxes up to 10 lbs. Occasional bending, walking, and mobility will be necessary. Employee must be able to get in and out of vehicles and shovel/ assist with snow removal when necessary. Ability to stand, walk, climb, stoop/bend, and reach. Employee must be able to speak clearly for repetitiously for up to 7-8 hours a day.
