Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Management Sales Officer to join our team at GPAC. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for developing new business relationships with commercial clients and expanding existing ones in assigned territories.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of relevant treasury management experience, a bachelor's degree or equivalent, and strong teamwork skills. A CTP - Certified Treasury Professional certification is preferred, as well as AAP - Accredited ACH Professional.

About the Job
  • Develop New Business:

You will develop new business primarily with prospects, as well as existing clients in assigned territories. This includes maintaining a high level of qualified in-person calling activity, completing responses to customer or prospect requests for proposal, and general sales activity.

  • Senior-Level Contact:

Maintain senior-level contact with top and high-priority customers, providing account reviews and participating in independent and/or joint calling with product partners.

  • Territory Planning:

Develop territory plans, account strategies, and call plans required to consistently achieve revenue and profit goals, coordinating calling activity with assigned Relationship Managers/Commercial Lenders and Retail Staff.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need strong communication skills, excellent relationship-building abilities, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. The successful candidate will also have a thorough understanding of treasury management products, including Online Banking/Information Reporting, Payments/AR & AP, SFTP connectivity for industry-standard file types, positive pay, sweeps, ICS products, lockbox setups, positive pay, and ACH filter.
