Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyze biological samples (blood, urine, tissue).
  • Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments.
  • Perform quality control checks and troubleshoot issues.
  • Record and report test results accurately and promptly.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with medical staff to interpret results and inform patient care.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or equivalent.
  • Certification by a recognized body (e.g., ASCP, CSMLS).
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
