Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Hotel Manager to join our team at Hampton Inn Greenville. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the overall success of the hotel, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the hotel's operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and achieving financial goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, improve guest satisfaction, and increase market share.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales plans, targeting key accounts and driving revenue.
  • Manage and control operational expenses, ensuring cost savings and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of hotel management experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth, improving guest satisfaction, and increasing market share.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests, colleagues, and stakeholders.
