Job Description

HiHealthCare is seeking compassionate and skilled certified nursing assistants (CNA), nursing assistants (NA), and home health aids (HHA) to provide care for our Littlest Heroes, our pediatric clients, in the comfort of their homes. As a Super Sidekick, you will work closely with the clients' family and healthcare team to deliver personalized care and support to meet the unique needs of each resilient child.

Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one care to pediatric clients in their homes
  • Work closely with clients' families and healthcare teams to develop and implement personalized care plans
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Monitor and report on clients' changing conditions
  • Administer medications and perform other medical tasks as needed

Requirements
  • Nurse Aide or Home Health Aide training from an approved program
  • Current State of Hawaii CNA certification (if applicable)
  • Ability to execute clients' plans of care
  • Ability to observe and report on clients' changing conditions
  • BLS & First Aid
  • Pass drug screen & criminal background check
  • TB clearance
