Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to overall store success by ensuring store sales goals are met while achieving individual sales targets.
  • Assist Store Manager with day-to-day management of the store, responsible for all daily operations in the absence of the Store Manager.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales by styling and wardrobing each customer based on their needs, representing the brand, and ensuring team members embody the brand in all interactions.
  • Build client relationships and drive store sales through client outreach, promoting excitement about our brand.
  • Communicate effectively with Store Manager regarding individual goals, skill development updates, employee relations, and day-to-day operations.
  • Assist with training, coaching, developing, and motivating team to achieve maximum sales productivity.
  • Expertise in store operations and policies & procedures, ensuring adherence and enforcement.
  • Responsible for assisting with recruiting top talent to meet business needs and retaining talent contributing to sales growth.
  • Manage payroll and store scheduling within established guidelines to ensure proper coverage based on business needs.
  • Support and execute directives from Visual Merchandising, Operations, and Marketing, communicating information to the store team and completing deliverables within specified deadlines.
  • Ensure Loss Prevention policies and procedures are followed, assist with financial/sales audits, and inventories to protect the store from internal and external shortage.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of related professional sales experience in specialty or luxury retail and at least 2+ years of management experience.
  • Strong leadership ability.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Career-driven, strong work ethic, and high performance standards.
  • High level of initiative/self-starter.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to accurately and efficiently operate cash register while following cash handling procedures.
Benefits and Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
