Panera Bread seeks an exceptional Team Manager to join our team at the Farmington Hills location. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business results.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Team Manager who can lead by example, inspire and motivate their team, and ensure that every customer has a great experience. Key responsibilities include:

• Providing coaching and development opportunities to team members
• Driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency
• Ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

Panera Bread offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with match.
