We are seeking an exceptional Early Childhood Educator to join our team at KinderCare Learning Companies in Old Bridge, New Jersey. As a Teacher and Center Staff member, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of young learners and helping them reach their highest potential.

Job Summary

This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and learning, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.

Responsibilities

  • Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that meets the unique needs of each child
  • Create a safe, nurturing environment that fosters learning and growth
  • Partner with parents to provide the best possible care and education for their children
  • Support center success by working collaboratively with staff and leadership to achieve goals

Requirements

  • CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
  • Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain
  • Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or willingness to obtain
  • Excellent customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and ability to multitask
