About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced dental assistant to join our team at Sonrava Health. As a Sterilization Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of infection control and patient safety in our dental practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain dental instruments and equipment for sterilization
  • Operate and maintain sterilization equipment, including autoclaves and ultrasonic cleaners
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of sterilization procedures and inventory
  • Collaborate with dental hygienists and dentists to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest sterilization techniques and best practices
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; dental assisting certification or degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a dental assistant or in a related field
  • Strong knowledge of sterilization procedures and protocols
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
