**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and personalized shopping experience for all customers
* Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including current sales and promotions, to effectively communicate with customers and drive sales
* Utilize sales techniques and visual merchandising to drive sales growth and meet company sales goals
* Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including merchandise handling, presentation, and loss prevention
* Participate in visual directives, including monthly store sets and zone maintenance
* Model and promote the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles and standards, offering a cohesive omni-channel experience
* Ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns and provide a fast and efficient register experience
* Reinforce buying decisions at the checkout and achieve add-on goals, including gift card sales
* Build and maintain a solid customer following through clienteling and wardrobing
* Know current product fit and style assortment offerings in store and online
* Maintain consistent client communication through utilization of customer book

**Requirements:**

* High school diploma or equivalent
* Retail or sales experience preferred
* Must be 18 years of age or older
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company
* Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to communicate with customers, associates, and management
* Regular attendance is essential to this position to ensure adequate coverage to meet company objectives

**Physical Requirements:**

* Constant walking/standing (8-hour shift)
* Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. (1-33% of 8-hour shift)
* Frequent climbing (34%-66% of 8-hour shift)
