Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and creative work environment.
  • Design and create floral arrangements, centerpieces, and decorations that meet client expectations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to established design standards and client specifications.
  • Engage with customers to provide exceptional service, actively listening to their needs and offering personalized floral design solutions.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a floral designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Strong creative and artistic abilities, with an eye for detail.
  • Experience with creating wedding and funeral sprays, and other sympathy work.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Available to work weekends and required holidays as needed.
  • Knowledge of floral design techniques, flower care, and handling.
Compensation and Availability:

We offer competitive compensation, with hourly rates ranging from $10.00 to $13.00. Available shifts include all days of the week.
