Actalent is seeking a highly skilled Construction Quality Control Manager to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our projects are constructed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and perform daily QC responsibilities to ensure project compliance with established minimum standards
- Directly oversee and review documentation and physical inspection phases of the workflow process
- Work with project managers, superintendents, and external personnel to produce and document a quality product
- Report directly to the CEO to ensure conflict of interest does not occur among productivity, schedule, and quality objectives
- Understand means and methods of construction associated with commercial and institutional building renovations
- Have a working knowledge of civil, architectural, mechanical, and electrical work
- Understand sequencing of work and strategy for creating effective project schedules
- Understand project change order administration and its effect on quality aspects of the project
- Have a proven track record of meeting production, quality, and customer service standards in a fast-paced construction environment
