Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute treatment plans as directed by a BCBA
  • Work one-on-one with clients, fostering meaningful relationships and promoting growth
  • Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to share knowledge and best practices
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate progress to clients and their families

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 40 hours of direct training qualifying for RBT certification
  • Adult and Pediatric CPR/BLS certification
  • Multiple background checks and TB screening
