Racquet Sports Coach

We are seeking a highly skilled Racquet Sports Coach to join our team at HealthFitness. As a Racquet Sports Coach, you will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality individual and group racquet sports lessons to children and adults of varying abilities.

Our ideal candidate will have 1+ year experience in teaching racquet sports, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to create a fun and engaging learning environment. About the Job

The successful candidate will work part-time (10 hours/week) as a Tennis Instructor at our client site in Beaumont, Texas. The role involves:

• Designing and delivering individual and group racquet lessons that cater to different skill levels.
• Providing minor court and equipment maintenance, preparation, and breakdown for events.
• Meeting deadlines and collaborating with colleagues.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 1+ years of experience in teaching racquet sports.
• Current Adult and Pediatric CPR/AED and First Aid certification from a recognized organization.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems.
• Effective organizational and time management skills.

Compensation

This is a commission-based position with a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
