About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Real Property Manager to join our team at the Texas Military Department. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the real property inventory on behalf of the Base Civil Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and account for the installation's real property inventory
  • Conduct fieldwork, including inspecting and documenting inventory of real property assets
  • Maintain formal real property records and financial information in the Integrated Engineering Management System (IEMS)
  • Prepare inventory reports and reconcile IEMS and NextGen
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university
  • Three years of experience in real property, real estate, property management, facility management, community planning, or related field
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is $53,250 - $68,285, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including:

  • Generous paid vacation, sick leave, and State and Federal holidays
