We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Manager, Product Management. This role will be responsible for developing market insight, formulating strategy, and leading cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop market insight by defining target client segments and evaluating industry trends
  • Formulate strategy for the group by aligning cross-functional teams and determining life cycle states
  • Shape the value proposition, develop the business case, and define the marketing mix model
  • Lead and oversee the introduction of new products to the market, securing regulatory approvals and conducting sales training
  • Oversee team providing post-product audits and tracking product successes
  • Assess industry movement and refine value-based pricing post-launch
  • Attend and present at industry events and publish in industry publications
  • Provide sales support, including presenting at client and prospect meetings
  • Conduct post-launch audits, track product success, analyze P&L, metrics, and KPIs, and make recommendations for improvements to promotional programs
  • Create strategies for cross-program coordination and go-to-market rollouts
  • Display a balanced, cross-functional perspective, liaising with the business to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity
  • Participate in developing the group strategic plan and set goals and priorities based on the direction set for the umbrella
  • Initiate, assist, participate, or lead efforts that have an impact on one or more products or deliverables within or across the product umbrella
  • Conduct performance management and career development processes, provide input for staffing and disciplinary actions, and provide hands-on training to staff
  • Focus on the execution of strategic direction of business function activities
  • Provide input and support to budget management processes

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of all products or business areas, mastery of 2-4+ and SME ability in at least 1-2+ specific areas
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, proficient in constructing/overseeing logical and conclusive presentations
  • Thorough understanding or knowledge of applicable NT products and a strong understanding of client needs and how this impacts the product development agenda/roadmap
  • Proven track record of managing, leading, coaching, and developing a team
  • Excellent in building key relationships, influencing, and negotiating with clients, partners, and leaders across multiple disciplines
  • Program or project management experience is advantageous; planning, analysis, design, and governance
  • Knowledge of product management is necessary to provide long-term planning and to manage the profitability/performance of a major business segment
  • Leadership and organizational skills are required to determine the Business Unit's goals, resources needed, and to assess and develop the skills of staff

Experience:

  • A College or University degree and/or relevant proven work experience is required/preferred. Related Industry qualification (e.g. ACCA) is required/preferred
