Job Description

We are actively seeking highly motivated individuals with strong relationship building, communication, sales, and marketing backgrounds to join our team as Sales and Business Development Representatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate marketing resources for prospective agents
  • Meet with clients and help them enroll in financial products
  • Call prospective clients who have asked for assistance and schedule appointments
  • Obtain an insurance license (training provided)
  • Contact candidates and schedule interviews with potential agents
  • Conduct interviews and follow-up meetings with potential agents
  • Assist with agent contracting and licensing requirements
  • Guide new agents through the training and launch process
  • Support new and existing agents in our salesforce

Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience
