We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team at US Swim School Association. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching swim lessons to students of all ages and skill levels, promoting water safety and confidence in the water.

• Teach swim lessons to students of all ages and skill levels
• Develop and implement lesson plans to meet the needs of students
• Ensure the safety of students in and around the pool
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to improve teaching skills

• Caring and compassionate attitude towards students
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
