About the Role:
Aramark is seeking a skilled Warehouse Worker to join our team. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse facilities. This includes receiving and processing incoming products, preparing orders for transport, and performing inventory and quality control duties.

Main Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for:

  • Receiving and inspecting products, accurately labeling items and reporting any discrepancies in reconciliation of deliveries and invoices.
  • Organizing and storing all incoming products in assigned locations, applying FIFO (first in, first out) inventory controls for perishable products.
  • Loading, unloading and transporting products and materials to different areas of the warehouse and/or other client locations.
  • Responsible for conducting routine physical inventory counts based on established location schedules.
  • Clean work areas as assigned, including but not limited to restrooms, break areas, loading dock, freight elevator and freight platform delivery areas when applicable.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • To be over 18 years of age.
  • To have a high school education or equivalent.
  • To have 2 years of previous warehouse experience.
  • To have strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • To have basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
  • To have basic computer skills.
  • To be able to lift up to 50 lb frequent lifting and/or carrying objects weighing up to 35 lb.
  • To have a current valid driver?s license (if required by client location).
