Job Summary:

The YMCA Cape Cod seeks a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead the organization's fiscal strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in finance, with expertise in financial planning, financial statements, and financial reporting. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial plans and strategies to achieve the organization's goals
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Lead financial reporting and analysis, providing insights and recommendations to inform business decisions
  • Manage budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial planning
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, funders, and community partners

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
  • 5+ years' experience in the non-profit sector
  • Strong financial planning and analysis skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
