Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Provide warm and genuine greetings to all guests, addressing them by name whenever possible
- Effectively handle guest requests and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
- Ensure all guest rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of events and activities
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior work experience in a customer-facing role is preferred but not necessary
