Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide warm and genuine greetings to all guests, addressing them by name whenever possible
  • Effectively handle guest requests and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
  • Ensure all guest rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of events and activities

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior work experience in a customer-facing role is preferred but not necessary
