We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant/Intake Coordinator to join our team at Liberty Personnel Services, Inc.

Key Responsibilities- Answering phone calls and conducting client intake processes with exceptional customer service skills
- Liaising with clients, attorneys, and supervisors to ensure seamless communication
- Scanning files and documents while maintaining confidentiality
- Preparing correspondence, case information, and administrative tasks as required
- Performing comprehensive reviews of client files to guarantee completeness
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or intake coordinator role
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
A competitive salary of approximately $50,000 per annum, providing a stable foundation for your career growth.
