We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant/Intake Coordinator to join our team at Liberty Personnel Services, Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answering phone calls and conducting client intake processes with exceptional customer service skills
  • Liaising with clients, attorneys, and supervisors to ensure seamless communication
  • Scanning files and documents while maintaining confidentiality
  • Preparing correspondence, case information, and administrative tasks as required
  • Performing comprehensive reviews of client files to guarantee completeness
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or intake coordinator role
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
