Sales Strategy Manager

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead Honda PPO sales strategy and new model implementation
* Manage APEX dealer allocation in coordination with S&PP department to distribute vehicles effectively and equitably to all regions to achieve sales objectives
* Manage market support distribution to assist Zone Sales Management with low inventory and top performing dealers
* Support dealers/field teams
* Building AHM ecosystem
Requirements:
* 4-year bachelor's degree, business/organizational leadership or relevant degree preferred
* Equivalent job experience and proven leadership capabilities and skills
* Extensive knowledge of and experience with PC-based tools and applications
* 3+ years' experience in Honda/Acura Sales, Training, Business Development, Market Representation experience or equivalent
* 7+ years' experience in automotive-related experience
* Strong analytical skills
* Ability to manage projects and lead strategy-based discussions
* Strong Excel and PowerPoint background
