Luxury Property Attendant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Porter to join our team at Picerne Real Estate Group, a renowned property management company with a rich history dating back to 1925.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our luxury apartment community in Las Vegas. This includes ensuring all common areas and amenities are spotless, policing the grounds and parking areas, and performing minor maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs and painting.

Main Responsibilities:

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all common areas, including lobbies, hallways, and amenity spaces.
• Police the grounds and parking areas to ensure a safe and secure environment for residents and visitors.
• Perform minor maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs, painting, and repairing minor issues.
• Assist the maintenance staff as needed to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Compensation and Benefits:

$16.00/hour compensation package with opportunities for growth and development.
