Job Overview

The Little Gym of Torrance & Lakewood is seeking a highly motivated and experienced gymnastics instructor to lead our classes for children aged 3-12 years old.

About the Role

This role requires an individual with prior experience coaching gymnastics or working with children, as well as knowledge of gymnastics techniques and terminology. As a coach, you will be responsible for implementing lesson plans that focus on skill development and progression, providing a safe and positive learning environment, and communicating effectively with parents.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and instruct gymnastics classes for children aged 3-12 years old
  • Implement proven lesson plans that focus on skill development and progression
  • Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for all students
  • Communicate effectively with parents and provide feedback on student progress
Requirements
  • Prior experience coaching gymnastics or working with children in a similar setting

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
