We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse for a travel assignment in Santa Rosa, California. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and contribute to a positive patient experience.
Job Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, assessing patients' needs and developing individualized plans to meet their medical and emotional requirements.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Administer medications as ordered, monitor patients' responses, and report outcomes to healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Transport patients as needed, maintaining a safe and comfortable environment throughout the process.
- A minimum of one year's experience as a Registered Nurse in Labor and Delivery is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to analyze situations and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
