Position Overview:
The Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) plays a vital role in delivering personalized care to residents in a long-term care setting. Under the guidance of a registered nurse, the CNA is responsible for assisting residents with their daily living activities and ensuring their comfort and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver resident-focused nursing care and support daily living tasks, including:
- Personal hygiene assistance (bathing, grooming, dressing)
- Mobility support (transferring, repositioning, walking)
- Vital signs monitoring and documentation
2. Foster a positive dining experience by assisting with meal preparation and serving.
3. Collaborate with nursing staff to provide comprehensive care and communicate any changes in residents' conditions.
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization in residents' living spaces, including housekeeping and laundry tasks.
5. Encourage resident participation in wellness and recreational activities.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum age of 16.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required, with training provided.
- Previous experience in long-term care is advantageous.
- Commitment to ongoing education and competency testing.
