Job Title: Field Service Technician

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to join our team at Pros Mechanics Recruitment Firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in repairing and maintaining construction and mining equipment, with a focus on Caterpillar, John Deere, Hyundai, and Atlas Copco equipment.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform computer diagnostic troubleshooting and repairs on all equipment.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for repairs and parts.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals.
  • Perform major repairs, including engine component removal and replacement, hydraulic system repair, and undercarriage maintenance.


Requirements:

  • Strong diagnostics, electrical, and hydraulic skills.
  • Excellent computer diagnostic skills.
  • 5-10 years of experience performing major repairs on heavy construction and mining equipment.
  • Valid CDL A or B with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbally and written.

Work Schedule:
Days, 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday. Flexible to work overtime and be on call.
