Salary

The estimated salary for this role ranges from $60.00 to $73.00 per hour, with opportunities for bonus, commission, or short-term incentive programs in addition to base pay.

Job Description

As a Staff Pharmacist, you will play a critical role in leading and directing your Pharmacy Technician Support Staff, supporting the management, oversight, and operation of all aspects within your pharmacy.

You will also be responsible for keeping your customers and patients healthy through adoption and management of patient care programs, leading with heart, motivating and inspiring your team, and contributing to the development of meaningful solutions to drive growth and improve performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have an active pharmacy license in the state where you are employed, not be on the DEA Excluded Parties List, and hold immunization certification through an accredited organization.

Additionally, you should be free of pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances, and possess a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree, if desired.
