Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Industrialization Engineer to join our High Voltage Electronics team at Tesla. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing manufacturing processes for our high-voltage electronics products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) analysis to ensure product quality and reliability.
  • Lead supplier industrialization and manufacturing process development to ensure capacity, quality, and cost targets are met.
  • Manage supplier yield performance and work with internal teams to drive corrective actions and yield improvement.
  • Facilitate communication and clarification of technical requirements between suppliers and Tesla teams.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in electronics.
  • Strong knowledge of statistical analysis tools and applications.
  • Proficient in GD&T, 3D CAD software, and CATIA.
  • Previous experience in APQP and supplier development.
