Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation Excellence: Develop field-based prospecting, cold calling, and networking strategies under the mentorship of your sales manager.
  • Creative Sales Approaches: Implement effective sales approaches, solutions, and proposals that set you apart in the industry.
  • Training and Development: Hone your skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management through training opportunities and staying ahead of industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Sales Experience: 1+ years of successful business customer acquisition sales experience in a commissioned environment.
  • Dynamic Task Management: Showcase outstanding multitasking abilities in a dynamic, constantly evolving environment.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Deliver consistent record of delivering outstanding customer service with acute attention to detail.
  • Communication Mastery: Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Negotiation Expertise: Show effective negotiating and closing skills that leave a lasting impression.

Salary and Benefits:

T-Mobile offers a competitive base pay range of $43,080 - $77,640 per year, plus the opportunity to earn up to $71,800 - $129,400 in target incentives, depending on performance. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, flexible spending account, 401(k), employee stock grants, employee stock purchase plan, paid time off, and up to 12 paid holidays annually.
