Job Summary:

This role involves servicing, delivering, and removing portable toilets. The schedule is 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, with some weekend on-call requirements. To succeed in this position, one must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections of assigned equipment and document checks on standard DVIR (Driver Vehicle Inspection Report).
  • Immediately report any unsafe situations or service-related issues to the Route Manager or Dispatch.
  • Attend and participate in all scheduled training programs, briefings, and meetings required by the Route Manager.
  • Work closely with Route Managers to improve route efficiencies and identify best practices.
  • Notify the Route Manager of any incidents, accidents, injuries, or property damage.
  • Notify the Route Manager or Dispatch of service interruptions, including blocked potties, closed lots, streets, alleyways, or potential safety hazards.
  • Communicate customer requests to the Route Manager or Dispatch.
  • Identify and report all potties in need of repair or replacement.
  • Complete and submit customer tickets as required.
  • Clean, pump, and restock portable toilet units.
  • Follow route assignments as directed and complete end-of-day documentation and the checkout process.
  • Perform all duties as scheduled by the Route Manager or Dispatch and assist other drivers as directed to meet customer needs.
