Job Summary

The Emerald Health & Rehab Center is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping patients regain their physical function and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Occupational Therapists in developing and implementing treatment plans for patients
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals
  • Provide direct patient care, including exercises, activities, and education
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree from an accredited college
  • Current and valid license granted from the state of employment
  • Previous experience in long-term care preferred, but not required
