Claims Delay Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Delay Analyst to join our team in Poughkeepsie, NY.

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing delay claims brought against the State within a geographic region. The role requires managing the workload independently and making contractual decisions.

• Perform complex schedule analysis using P6
• Review Contractor's notice of claim and determine validity
• Track, review, and manage delay claims assigned to the successful candidate
• Audit contractor's claim costs and negotiate settlements with Contractors
• Host fact finding meetings for claims with design and construction staff
• Review project history to assist in forensic delay analysis

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field
• Or associates degree with 2 years' experience in similar position
• Four (4) years' experience in a similar position is also acceptable

Our salary range for this position is between $47.00ph and $61.00ph, depending on the individual candidate's qualifications and location.
