Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and charismatic Entertainment Manager to join our team at Great Wolf Lodge. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for creating an exciting atmosphere for our guests through entertainment, activities, experiences, and seasonal events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Host and Ambassador: Be visible around the lodge and at events to act as the face of the lodge, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a safe, clean, and professional environment.
  • Training and Coaching: Provide training and coaching to Pack members to engage and entertain guests, focusing on performance and entertainment skills.
  • Event Planning: Identify areas of opportunity and new experiences to expand presence and impact with the team, evaluating guest flow and making recommendations to improve operating hours and show/activity schedules.
  • Personnel Management: Responsible for personnel-related matters, including recruitment and hiring, performance management, disciplinary action, training, and participates in the Manager-On-Duty (MOD) program.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, minimum 1 year previous experience in leadership or supervisory role, working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, prior experience working with children, and event planning knowledge.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and coaching skills, flexibility regarding scheduling, proven customer service skills, and ability to read and interpret English language manuals relating to safety, operations, and procedures.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $45,000 - $65,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
