Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package based on productivity with uncapped earning potential, a salary range of $292,000-$375,000 per year, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes malpractice insurance, paid parental leave, and 401K with a 4% match.

Job Description

As an Adult Psychiatrist at LifeStance Health, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients in Arizona. You will work collaboratively with our clinical team to develop treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient.

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse population of patients, from children to adults, and will be expected to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in psychiatric care. We value your expertise and experience in both medication management and therapy.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess a strong foundation in psychiatry, including experience in medication management and therapy. You should be fully licensed in Arizona, board eligible/board certified (BE/BC), and have an unencumbered DEA license.
