Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Donation Attendant to join our team at the Hampstead Store in Hampstead, Maryland. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for leading an excellent customer and brand experience, promoting sales, and ensuring a seamless donation process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accept and process donations from customers in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Label and organize donations in the production room or sales floor.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all donors.
  • Assist with loading and unloading donations, as well as maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
  • Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales goals and promote a positive brand image.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
