Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist

Waterfall Technology Consulting Partners LLC (WTCP) is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Berlin, NJ.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Speech Language Pathologist to work with our clients in Berlin, NJ. The ideal candidate will have experience in a rehab setting and be able to assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with communication and swallowing disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and diagnose individuals with communication and swallowing disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Teach patients how to make sounds and improve their voices
  • Help individuals improve sentence structure and vocabulary
  • Work with adults and children to develop and strengthen muscles used to swallow
  • Counsel individuals and families on ways to cope with swallowing and communication disorders
  • Communicate diagnoses, test results, and available treatments to clients and their families

Qualifications:

  • Valid and unencumbered state license or certification
  • Recent Speech Language Pathologist experience in a rehab setting
  • BLS certification
