Riverside is seeking a highly skilled Senior Creative Marketing Designer. As a key member of our team, you'll work on various web design projects and acquisition channels, reporting directly to the creative lead.
Job Description: Design engaging assets for marketing initiatives like sponsored ads, branded content, social media, emails, webpages, and online campaigns. Translate marketing objectives into high-quality designs that effectively communicate our brand identity and value proposition. Drive conversion and lead generation efforts through great design thinking and execution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and create visually appealing assets for marketing initiatives

Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in web and marketing design
  • Conceptual designer with strong portfolio and deep UI/UX understanding
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Investigator by nature, up-to-date with latest trends in design
  • Familiarity with KPIs, testing, and optimization
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English

Salary Estimate: $80,000 - $110,000 per year based on location and experience.
