Compensation

The hourly pay rate for this position is $18.00, offering a competitive compensation package for full-time employees.

Job Summary

As a Protection Specialist, you will provide exceptional customer service by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at various client sites. These may include commercial real estate, healthcare, education, government, and more.

  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
Requirements

To be eligible for this role, you must meet the following minimum requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years old (21+ for armed roles).
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.

In accordance with federal, state, and local laws, applicants will undergo a background investigation as a condition of employment. Additionally, a drug screen will be conducted to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements may vary based on state and/or local regulations.
