Medical Support Specialist

At Bethesda Health, we are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. As a vital member of our healthcare staff, you will provide exceptional patient care and support, ensuring the well-being and comfort of our residents.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide personal hygiene assistance, nutrition, and safety as directed by the Charge Nurse.
- Diligently document patient information and monitor vital signs.
- Maintain effective communication with the healthcare team to enhance the quality of care.
- Assist with maintaining equipment and supplies, completing patient rounds, and participating in ongoing education and professional development.
**Requirements:**
- Active Certified Nurse Assistant certification in the state you will be working.
- CPR certification required, or willing to obtain within six months of employment.
- High school diploma preferred, but not required.
- Long-term care experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills to interact verbally with patients, visitors, and staff.
- Ability to manage time and organize daily schedule to meet productivity standards.
- Physical stamina to stand and walk for long periods, lift heavy objects, and transfer patients.
We offer a competitive salary of $43,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you can expect great benefits, including medical, dental, vision, prescription, and life insurance, 403b, daily pay, bonuses, career advancement opportunities, and holiday pay.
